I finished Kate's beautiful ivory lace mantilla and a set of three combs made of handcarved mother-of-pearl flowers with crystal centers and sent them off to the beautiful bride, and now we get to watch her walk towards the altar next week! Kate is getting married on August 4th, so we will be out of town from the 2nd through the 8th. We are all looking forward to seeing family and friends next week, particularly the baby, who is helping me type this right now. Thank you, Martin. When we return, I will post pictures of lovely Kate on her wedding day. In the meantime, having finally settled on a dress to wear myself, I am finishing a purple crystal and Biwa pearl necklace with matching earrings.
